We think that the 2025 Pig Out in the Park is a great opportunity for Spokane-area nonprofit organizations to meet with the public and exchange ideas. Spokane’s annual food and music festival draws an audience of about 95,000 people and we would like to invite your group/campaign/cause to have booth at this year’s event (no food or drink sales). Here is our basic event information and an application.

Event Dates: August 28 – September 1, 2025 (a five (5) day event)

Community Booths Location: Promenade, Riverfront Park, Spokane, Washington

Event Times of Operation: Thursday August 28, 2025, 11 AM to 10 PM, Friday, August 29, 2025, 11 AM to 10 PM, Saturday, August 30, 2025,11 AM to 10 PM, Sunday, August 31, 2024, and 11 AM to 10 PM, Monday, Sept 1, 2024, 11 AM to 10 PM.

What Can You Do? We ask that you do not post campaign signage beyond your booth/exhibition. Signage is OK in your booth/exhibition. Feel free to walk the event site, meet visitors and distribute your literature. Please do not engage or bother customers waiting in vendor lines. Please don’t ask vendor booths to distribute your materials. All community booth/exhibition locations are determined in advance and are assigned to you by Pig Out in the Park. You must have a signed 2024 application on file to participate at/in the 2025 event.

Vehicles in the Park: NO vehicles are allowed in the Park during the event. Please plan to deliver your booth and materials early Thursday, August 28, 2025. Please have all vehicles out of the Park by 9:00 am, Thursday, August 28, 2025. Pick up materials after the event closes, Monday, September 1, 2025 after 10 pm. All booths and materials must be out of the Park by 12 noon, September 2, 2025

What will this cost: Your booth space is free, but there is a $60 exhibition charge for providing electricity to your booth (no exceptions) (please bring two outdoor extension cords). Bring appropriate lights for the front of and the inside of your booth space. Don’t forget, our largest audiences are at night during our headline concerts.

Please complete the attached application and emailback to Bill Burke. Bring your $60 electric fee with you when you set up.
